The Amityville Horror
This weekend I decided to see The Amityville Horror again. The original, not the recent remake. I hadn’t seen it since I was a kid and I think it still holds up fairly well as a horror movie. I think the 70s were a great time for horror movies since they had to rely more on story. The 80s had a big increase in make-up which moved the focus to another being out there, and the 90s started showing too much as effects technology made that possible.
